Booking.com Refund Issue for Canceled One Bedroom Near Floranca Park Reservation

I made a reservation through Booking.com for One Bedroom near Floranca Park from January 6, 2025, to February 6, 2025. The total payment of ₺37,492.84 was charged to my credit card. However, the property canceled my reservation, and despite numerous follow-ups, neither the property nor Booking.com has issued a refund.

This situation has caused significant financial and emotional distress. For an international platform like Booking.com, I expected better responsibility in ensuring customer rights are protected. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, there has been no satisfactory response.
