Booking.com Never Again! They Refuse to Refund What's Due!

Booking.com refuses to refund my airfare after the CrowdStrike issues in July 2024. Despite weeks of waiting and making eight phone calls to their customer service, I’ve been given every excuse imaginable. For the past three weeks, I’ve been waiting for an email from their "accounting department" to collect my bank details, as they promised. It’s becoming clear that they’re just dragging this out, hoping customers will give up on pursuing the refunds they are owed. I am beyond frustrated with this experience and will never use Booking.com again!
