Booking.com Hasn’t Refunded My Canceled Reservation After 2+ Months


I booked an accommodation with a free cancellation option through Booking.com. I canceled it on November 22, 2024, expecting a refund within 10 days, as initially promised. However, the refund period was then changed to 30 business days.
Now, it has been over two months, and I still haven’t received my money. Every time I contact customer service, they just redirect me to different departments instead of solving the issue. This is incredibly frustrating!
I demand an immediate refund for my canceled booking. Booking.com must stop delaying refunds and provide proper customer support. This issue needs to be resolved right away!
