Booking.com Has Not Refunded My €570 After Villa Apostolos Cancellation

I booked a stay through Booking.com at Villa Apostolos for August 28–31, 2025 (Reservation No: 5195****48) and paid a total of €570. My reservation clearly included free cancellation rights. However, just before the scheduled stay, on August 26, 2025, the property unilaterally changed my booking dates to September 1–4 and effectively forced me to cancel.

Since then, I have sent multiple messages and emails to both Booking.com and the property, but I have received no response whatsoever. Despite the free cancellation policy, my €570 refund has not been processed, and my grievance continues.

It is unacceptable that customers are treated this way when Booking.com promotes itself as a trusted platform. Being ignored by both the property and Booking.com has caused me significant frustration and financial loss.

I demand that my €570 refund be issued immediately. Furthermore, Booking.com must take stronger action against unprofessional properties like Villa Apostolos to prevent other customers from facing the same mistreatment.
