Booking.com Ignored Refund for Thassos Aegean Villas Reservation

On September 2, 2025, I made a reservation through Booking.com for Thassos Aegean Villas with reservation number 6586386008. Even though I canceled the reservation within just a few minutes, and the system shows it as canceled, no refund has been issued to me.

I made the payment using my Enpara debit card. When I contacted my bank, I was informed that no refund transaction had been initiated by Booking.com and that no funds had been received by the bank. The bank only provided me with a preauthorization number. For approximately three months, my money has not been returned to my account, and despite contacting Booking.com by email during this time, I have not been able to reach any resolution.

I request that the amount paid for this canceled reservation be refunded to my Enpara account in full and without further delay.
