Booking.com Ignored My Refund Request After Kos Island Reservation Cancellation

On September 9, 2025, I made a reservation through Booking.com at a property called Breathe Easy Living in Kos Island, for a total of ₺3,600, paid via my bank card. However, I canceled my reservation the next day, on September 10, 2025. The booking was eligible for a refund, and my Booking.com account still shows the message “your refund is pending.” Despite this, I have not received my refund even after a considerable amount of time has passed.

During this process, I first contacted the property directly, and they informed me that they never received the payment — stating that the money remained with Booking.com. I then reached out to Booking.com customer service via both email and the platform’s message system, but I never received any response.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I request that my ₺3,600 payment be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible and that this matter be resolved promptly. My confirmation number is 5588****54.
