I Face Missing €541.50 Refund From Booking.com After Canceling Pinolia Rooms Stay

I booked a stay at Pinolia Rooms in Chios Island through Booking.com for August 25–31, 2025, but I canceled my reservation last month. After the cancellation, I received an email stating that my payment of €541.50 would be refunded within 7–12 business days. However, even though this period has long passed, no refund has been issued to my account.

I have tried to contact Booking.com customer service multiple times, but I haven’t received any response. My bank account still shows no refund transaction, and I’ve been left waiting with no updates. This has caused serious inconvenience, and it’s the first time I’ve experienced such an issue with Booking.com.
I urgently request that my €541.50 refund be processed immediately. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to take legal action to recover my payment.
