Booking.com Hasn’t Refunded €205 After Reservation Cancellation

I made a reservation through Booking.com for a property in Mulhouse, France on December 27, and I canceled the reservation on the same day, December 27. I paid a total of €205 by credit card.
After canceling the reservation, the system shows that the refund request has been received, but the refund has still not been credited to my account. For a long time, the app has continued to display the message “refund request received,” yet there has been no movement or update on the payment side. I also cannot find a phone number to reach Booking.com customer service, so I am unable to properly follow up on the process.
I am requesting that the €205 payment be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible, in accordance with the cancellation policy, and that the refund process be clearly explained to me.
