Booking.com Cancelled My Spain Hotel Reservation and Still Hasn’t Refunded Me

I booked a hotel in Spain through Booking.com for a stay from September 18-20, but the hotel unexpectedly canceled my reservation without any explanation. It’s been 1.5 months since the cancellation, yet I still haven’t received a refund from Booking.com. Despite making countless calls and spending hours on the phone with them, I am no closer to a resolution. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel that Booking.com has been highly unhelpful in handling this situation. Now, when I try to contact them, my calls don’t even go through—I suspect I’ve been blocked.
I am urgently requesting that Booking.com refunds my payment without further delay. This issue has caused significant inconvenience, and I expect immediate action to be taken.
