On October 1, 2025, I canceled my reservation for White Wolf House Hotel, which I had booked through Booking.com. I had paid a total of €85, and according to the booking conditions, I was eligible for a full refund since I canceled within the allowed timeframe.
After completing the cancellation, I waited for the refund to be credited to my card. The refund status on Booking.com shows that the amount has been processed, but no money has actually been deposited into my bank account. My reservation confirmation number is 5355*780**, and the payment was made using my Yapı Kredi bank card.
I reached out to Booking.com customer service regarding this issue but received no response. To date, the refund has not been reflected on my card. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I am simply requesting the return of the payment I made.
I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my refund be processed without further delay.
