Booking.com Charged 50% Cancellation Fee After Promise of Full Refund

I booked a flight through Booking.com with the assurance that it would be refunded in full if I canceled. However, after canceling, I was shocked to see that 50% of the ticket price was deducted, and I only received the remaining balance. I’ve been in contact with customer service for over a month, but they keep telling me to wait without offering any real solution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I expect Booking.com to honor its promise and refund the full amount I am owed, without further delays or excuses.
