I booked a room on Booking.com under the confirmation number 3132331658. However, when I arrived at the hotel's specified location, there was neither a hotel nor a sign. I spent hours looking for it with no success. After much searching, I eventually found the hotel, but it was not the same as shown in the pictures, and it was an old, run-down establishment. Furthermore, the hotel claimed to be completely booked. Later, I realized that they had canceled my reservation but had not refunded my payment. I believe I was duped by Booking.com and this hotel, which conspired to deceive me. As a result, I am requesting a refund from Booking.com for this reservation. Shame on you booking.com.
