Booking Canceled My Reservation Without Final Confirmation
I recently made a reservation through Booking.com (reservation number 4578284205) for three rooms from November 9-12. I requested the cancellation of just one room via the platform, which indicated the request would be sent to the property for processing. To my shock, the next day, I received a message stating that my entire reservation had been canceled. When I reached out to resolve this, I was informed there were no more rooms available, and without a direct email or clear confirmation, I am unable to prove I requested only a partial cancellation.
Despite asking Booking.com for evidence showing I canceled all rooms, they could not provide any such document. This experience is highly disappointing. I trusted Booking.com to manage my reservation accurately and expect a professional company to confirm such critical decisions before taking action. I urge Booking to take responsibility, prioritize user clarity in cancellation processes, and help restore my reservation or offer a prompt solution.
