Booking.com Canceled My Waldorf Astoria Dubai Stay Without Consent
On March 15, 2025, I booked a 6-night stay at the Waldorf Astoria Jumeirah Beach, Dubai through Booking.com, with check-in scheduled for September 17–23, 2025. My reservation was confirmed and fully paid. However, without any request from me, Booking.com canceled my reservation on May 16, 2025—and I only found out afterward.
This cancellation has caused serious disruption. I had already purchased non-refundable flight tickets and arranged transfers, all based on this hotel stay. Now I’m left without accommodation and no explanation or alternative from Booking.com. This is unacceptable and deeply unfair.

Booking.com, I urgently ask that you reinstate my original reservation at the same hotel, for the same dates and conditions. If that is not possible, you must offer an equivalent 5-star accommodation at no additional cost to me. I expect accountability for this unauthorized cancellation and demand immediate support to resolve my situation.
