Booking.com Canceled Dubai Hotel Reservation But Refund Not Issued

Between October 1–4, 2025, I made a reservation for 4 people and 2 rooms at Paramount Hotel Midtown in Dubai. After my booking was confirmed, ₺86,816.20 was charged to my credit card. However, a few days later, I received an email from Booking.com stating that my reservation had been canceled. When I contacted the hotel, they told me that there was no booking under my name and that I needed to deal directly with Booking.com.
After much effort, Booking.com admitted that the issue was on their side and sent me an email telling me to make a new reservation for the same dates. They also confirmed that the canceled booking would be refunded. However, no refund date was provided, and as of now, there has been no progress regarding the return of my payment. This was my first time booking through Booking.com, and the experience has left me deeply disappointed.
I demand that my payment be refunded to me immediately.
