Booking.com Canceled My JA Ocean View Hotel Reservation Without My Consent

Hello, I made a confirmed reservation for JA Ocean View Hotel, Jumeirah Beach, Dubai through Booking.com (Confirmation Number: 4950634696). However, I just received an email stating that my reservation has been canceled—without my consent.

I never requested a cancellation, and this unexpected change has caused a huge inconvenience. My group of 8 friends is traveling together, and everyone else's reservations remain intact—only mine was canceled. Everything for our trip was already planned, and this issue is creating major complications.

I need an immediate response and request that my reservation be reinstated as originally booked. Booking.com must fix this mistake as soon as possible and ensure I do not lose my hotel stay due to an error on their end.
