Booking.com Host Not Reachable After Payment for Dubai Reservation
On September 11, 2025, I booked a stay through Booking.com at The 1Residance Dubai with a check-in date of October 26, 2025. My confirmation number is 6134.550.989. I paid ₺10,783 with my credit card for this reservation.
However, despite completing the payment, I was never able to reach the property host. I called multiple times and also spoke with Booking.com customer service four times, but neither I nor the support team could get in contact with the host. Customer service also attempted to send messages and make phone calls to the property, but no one responded.
Since this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue and it has caused me serious inconvenience, I request a full refund of the amount I paid.
