If a BiTaksi driver took a longer route and hiked the fare, and you want this reviewed;
Contact BiTaksi support with a clear escalation;
• State that the driver took a longer route than necessary and this increased your fare
• Provide your trip details: date/time, pickup & drop-off addresses, booking/order ID, driver’s name/plate (if available)
• Attach screenshots of the trip route shown in the app, the map view, and the fare charged on your statement
• If possible, include a comparison route from a maps app (showing a shorter path)
Ask them to;
• Review the GPS route data from your trip and determine whether the driver deviated unnecessarily
• Explain why the longer route was taken (traffic, navigation error, driver choice)
• Adjust or refund the fare difference if the longer route was not justified
• Provide written confirmation of the review outcome and any refund issued
