BiTaksi Ignores Complaints and Drivers Extend Routes Without Accountability
I called BiTaksi customer service to report an issue, but my complaint seems to have disappeared into thin air. No action was taken, and I received no updates or explanations. As a frequent user, I’m deeply disappointed, and I’ve decided not to use BiTaksi anymore.
Drivers regularly extend routes unnecessarily, acting as if they’re above any rules or accountability. This lack of regulation and oversight is unacceptable. Until tag regulations become official, I will switch to other ride-hailing apps. If this continues, BiTaksi may no longer have a place in the market.
BiTaksi, your inaction and lack of driver accountability are driving customers away. Take immediate steps to address these issues!
