Beko Refrigerator Keeps Freezing Up — Four Service Visits, Still Not Fixed

I purchased the Beko 974561 EL refrigerator not long ago. Since the day I bought it, the refrigerator has had a persistent icing problem, which causes the food stored inside to spoil.
So far, I have called the service center four times, and each visit resulted in a different explanation.
The first technician said there was a problem after testing the refrigerator with a device.
The second said the lower fan wasn’t working and replaced it.
When the problem continued, another technician claimed the upper fan was defective and ordered a replacement part.
Then, a different technician arrived and said the upper fan was actually fine, so they left without doing anything.
Finally, a person introduced as a regional engineer told me that it’s normal for a No-Frost refrigerator to form ice, which is absolutely not true in this situation.
I have contacted Beko customer service multiple times. Each time, a new service record was created, and technicians were dispatched, yet the issue remains unresolved. Even though my product is under warranty, my grievance has not been addressed.
For this reason, I am formally requesting a replacement for my refrigerator. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with legal action using the relevant documents and service reports. I ask that this problem be resolved permanently and without further delay.
