Beko 5141 Vacuum Cleaner Problems Following Pipe Replacement

I own the Beko 5141 vertical vacuum cleaner. Last week, I noticed a problem with the vacuum cleaner's hose, causing dust to come out when the vacuum cleaner was in operation. Therefore, I took the product for warranty repair. The warranty service demanded 580 ₺ from me for the replacement of the hose, explaining that this issue was not covered by the warranty.

Two days ago, I received my vacuum cleaner from the warranty service and tested it today. Despite the hose of the vacuum cleaner being completely replaced, the vacuum cleaner still does not work properly. Today, I took it back to the warranty service, but they claimed that there was nothing wrong with the vacuum cleaner. They said that the battery and the filter were replaced.

If the vacuum cleaner has been repaired, I don't understand why it still doesn't work properly. The authorized Beko service does not care about the customer. No documentation about the vacuum cleaner's repair was provided. I demand a replacement for the vacuum cleaner.
