Beko Robot Vacuum Warranty Expired, Ridiculous Repair Costs
On November 29, 2021, I purchased a Beko brand 2121 model robot vacuum cleaner. Within the two-year warranty period, I had to send it to the service center twice due to battery issues, and each time, the battery was replaced. Five months after the end of the warranty period, I noticed that one of the front brushes was not working, so I sent the product back to the service center. The service center demanded a repair fee of ₺3850, which is unreasonably high. I only took the device because the front brush was not working; however, the service center listed multiple problems, including a malfunctioning component on the main board, a faulty vacuum motor, and the need to replace the main board. It is unacceptable for so many issues to arise within just 2.5 years of purchasing the product. I believe that Beko products are unreliable and of poor quality. Additionally, I want to point out the inadequacy of the service; they charge exorbitant costs for minor issues. I will not purchase any products from Beko or its affiliated companies in the future. I demand that the product be repaired free of charge.
