Beko Asked Me to Pay for Repairs Even Though My Vacuum Is Under Warranty
Since the day I first bought the product, the brush lights would occasionally turn off during use, but restarting the device would fix it. Later, the motor section broke because it was connected with plastic gears. When I sent it for repair, I also mentioned the issue with the brush lights, but since they only inspected it briefly, they said there was no problem. After the repair, the motor no longer had the same suction power. Now the brush, hose, filter—everything is broken, and despite the product being under warranty, they are asking me to pay ₺750. Beko’s call center only fills out forms and never follows up. I keep having to explain the same things over and over to different service reps. Since no solution has been provided, I filed a complaint with the consumer arbitration board and will proceed based on their decision. People who buy similar products from supermarkets don’t seem to face these issues. Don’t waste your money on unnecessary brand names.
