The broom head of my Beko Power clean Pro rechargeable vertical vacuum cleaner does not rotate. It has been in and out of repair since February, I leave my vacuum cleaner to the authorized center every 15 days and it always gives an error from the same place, they cannot charge a fee because the warranty has not expired. Now the nozzle of my vacuum cleaner, which I turn on to sweep my house, does not rotate again. I take it in, they say they did it, they say it gives an error again, obviously a chronic problem, we are tired of leaving it to the service. Either they should refund our fee or renew the product.
