On 31.10.2024, I purchased a Beko VRR 82314 VB robot vacuum cleaner. On 05.04.2025, it started operating with a very loud noise, and an annoying sound began coming from the motor. Due to the malfunction, I contacted the service center. When the service team came to pick up the product, I wanted to hand it over with its box, but the technician said it was unnecessary and that they would transport it without damaging it. I handed over the product in a clean and scratch-free condition. Despite one month passing, the service center could not repair the product. When I called to inquire about the reason, they first said the motor was defective, then said they were waiting for another part, and later claimed the motherboard was faulty. Even after all this, they still mentioned that one more part was missing. Since I was not willing to accept that almost all parts of a brand-new product were being replaced, I requested the return of my product from the service and contacted customer service. However, the product was returned to me with scratches, as shown in the visual I provided. Moreover, the product was not repaired and came back more damaged than when I handed it over. Despite calling customer service multiple times about this issue, I could not receive a positive response. The service transported the product without its box, and when they returned it, I showed the scratches to the service personnel. Later, the service called me back and insisted that they had delivered the product in perfect condition. The fact that they could neither repair the product nor accept responsibility for damaging it is another major problem for me. A brand-new product became unusable due to the ineffectiveness of the service and customer service. If it had been a product from another brand, they would have either repaired it quickly or replaced it after seeing so many defective parts. Both the customer service and the service center are completely ineffective. Given that even my other Beko products might not have any real warranty protection, and seeing that this product deteriorated within 7 months, I now consider Beko to be a very low-quality brand. I hope Beko can change my opinion. If it truly is a quality brand, they should replace my product.
