My Asos Order Delayed by 2 Months
I made an Asos.com outfit purchase in February. I still haven't gotten my item, despite the fact that the projected delivery date was March 7th. It is now April 8th.
Time and again, whenever I get in touch with customer support, they assure me that my order would be delivered "soon" or "tomorrow." The previous time I called, the agent cut me off mid-sentence and didn't offer any more details. They have been unresponsive ever since.
