Peugeot 3008 Developed Timing Chain Noise Far Earlier Than Expected

I have been experiencing a camshaft timing chain noise issue in my 2022 Peugeot 3008 1.5 diesel for some time now. This noise has been present for approximately 4,000 kilometers and has increased noticeably over time. When I took my vehicle to the Ordu Ateş authorized service center, they confirmed the presence of the chain noise themselves; however, they stated that they could not replace it free of charge because there is no recall campaign for my vehicle. In addition, I was informed that even if I wanted to have the issue repaired at my own expense, I would have to wait at least three to four months. I currently have to continue using the vehicle, the chain noise is getting worse, and this has started causing serious oil leaks around the upper engine cover area, which makes me extremely concerned both mechanically and in terms of safety. Experiencing such a significant timing chain problem even though I have not yet reached half of the mileage Peugeot claims for the chain is deeply disappointing and suggests a possible issue with parts or manufacturing quality. During this process, I contacted Peugeot customer service and also sent a detailed email explaining the situation, but I did not encounter any solution-oriented approach. This problem appeared approximately four months after my vehicle’s warranty expired, and no work has ever been done on my vehicle outside of authorized service centers. I request that this issue, which emerged so soon after the warranty period and appears to be chronic, be evaluated by the brand under goodwill consideration, and that all necessary repairs related to the timing chain and oil leaks be resolved as soon as possible without delay, either free of charge or with reasonable support.

There has been no response to me in any way; I wrote here and also sent an email, and still there is no response.
