OkCupid Shows “Unable to Log In” Error and Blocks Access

I have been unable to log in to my OkCupid account through the Android app for about a week. Every time I try to sign in, I receive an “Unable to log in” error message and cannot access my account. I have already tried resetting my password, but even after creating a new password, the issue continues and I am still unable to log in. Because of this, I suspect that my account may have been banned or restricted in some way, and I would like this to be reviewed in detail. I request that my account be checked and, if it has been banned or mistakenly restricted, that it be unbanned and that I be assisted in regaining access as soon as possible.
