Likee Won’t Let Me Recover My Account Without Old Phone Number

I am experiencing a serious issue accessing my Likee account with the username “Alimov_13.” I am unable to log in because I do not remember my password and no longer have access to the phone number that was linked to this account. As a result, I have been unable to access or use my account for approximately one year. I previously contacted Likee support via [email protected], but the response I received did not resolve my issue and was not satisfactory. I still cannot log in to my account, and I have not been offered a clear solution or an alternative method to verify my identity and recover the account. I kindly request assistance to regain access to my Likee account “Alimov_13.” I am willing to provide any additional information or verification required to confirm that I am the rightful owner of the account and to restore my access.
Progress
I live in Uzbekistan and I submitted an application to Xolvie 2 days ago regarding my problem accessing my Likee account with the username “Alimov_13.” At the time of submission, it was stated that my application would be reviewed within 31 hours. However, this period has already passed and I still have not received any response from Xolvie.
Because I have been unable to access my Likee account for about a year and could not find a solution despite contacting Likee support, this application to Xolvie is very important for me. The delay in response is causing me serious concern and I do not understand why the review has not yet been completed.
I kindly request that my application be urgently reviewed and that I receive a clear response as soon as possible to the phone number I provided when submitting my application, so that the process can move forward without any further delay.
