I live in Uzbekistan and I submitted an application to Xolvie 2 days ago regarding my problem accessing my Likee account with the username “Alimov_13.” At the time of submission, it was stated that my application would be reviewed within 31 hours. However, this period has already passed and I still have not received any response from Xolvie.
Because I have been unable to access my Likee account for about a year and could not find a solution despite contacting Likee support, this application to Xolvie is very important for me. The delay in response is causing me serious concern and I do not understand why the review has not yet been completed.
I kindly request that my application be urgently reviewed and that I receive a clear response as soon as possible to the phone number I provided when submitting my application, so that the process can move forward without any further delay.
