Asos Returned My Shoes Before Delivery and Gave No Real Customer Support
I bought a pair of shoes from Asos, and before they even came I received an email informing me they had been returned and a refund would be granted. Apparently, the reason was that my address—one I had used innumerable times without any problems—was noted as "incomplete." This utterly made no sense. All I could discover when I went to get customer support to figure it out was a totally useless chatbot unable of helping me in any type. Worse, the helpline number that used to operate is no longer in use, hence there was essentially no way to contact a genuine person. After this annoying encounter, I will never use Asos once more and am rather let down.
