I Will Not Trust Arçelik-Beko Authorized Services

About 3.5 years ago, my Arçelik 9485fi dishwasher started leaking from the bottom. Upon complaint, I opened a service ticket. The technician came and said the hose needed replacement. After changing the hose, the same issue persisted. They came again and said the three-way valve needed replacing, asking for ₺270. After making me wait 25 days, they took the machine, claiming the part arrived. After a week of supposed testing, they returned it, demanding ₺310 instead. I raised this with Arçelik customer service and wrote here, but my complaint wasn't published, and if it was, Arçelik removed it. Fast forward to two months ago, the machine had the same valve issue. Not recalling all these incidents, I contacted customer service again for the part, but they said it's unavailable for a product over 10 years old. Unwilling to get it repaired elsewhere, I put the machine aside and ordered another brand. Just three days ago, I gave the machine to someone in need who claimed they could fix it. The next day, they called saying, "Bro, this machine's three-way valve isn't original, it's a makeshift one, and they didn't install it properly." Turns out, 3.5 years ago, they couldn't find the part, so they took my machine, installed an incompatible valve, and hastily connected it, causing it to last only this long. When I called customer service to complain and report the service, they refused, citing they can't act without a service ticket. So, I told them I'll post on Şikayetvar, as it seems Arçelik's method is to reject the customer. In short, I've lost trust in Arçelik's service and won't let them touch my machine again. I demand Arçelik take necessary action against this service.

They called twice with a 20-minute interval, but it seemed like they called just for the sake of it. Because before I could even take the phone out of my pocket, they hung up after ringing 2-3 times like teenagers. I will no longer buy the brand that I have used for 30 years and recommended to my friends and family because it is clear from this situation that Arçelik has shelved customer satisfaction. The authorized Arçelik service had already told me that Arçelik no longer has the old quality and that their products no longer last. It turns out they were right.
