Faulty Dishwasher and Customer Service Ignorance at Arçelik

I've had the Arçelik built-in dishwasher for 9 months, and during that time, the mainboard, LED display, and detergent compartment all needed to be replaced. The upper rack was not working properly, so the technician suggested replacing it. However, the first replacement rack they delivered was incorrect. They then claimed it was a Beko-branded rack, which I flatly refused. They then delivered yet another incorrect rack. Finally, a different-colored rack with no brand markings was provided. They assured me that such production problems would not occur again and closed my service request. It's incredible that after only 9 months, they claim the dishwasher was manufactured in 2019. This has been an absolute nightmare of faulty parts and miscommunication.
