I Bought an Arçelik Washing Machine That Doesn’t Clean and Want a Replacement

I purchased a washing machine from Arçelik, but it doesn’t even remove basic water stains from clothing. The service team has visited my home 2–3 times, but all they’ve done is fiddle with the drain pipe without solving the actual problem. It was completely useless. After much frustration and arguments, they finally took the machine back to the service center. However, they’re now claiming there is “no issue” and plan to return it without making any repairs.
I’ve been using washing machines for years and have never experienced anything like this. Arçelik has done absolutely nothing to fix the issue. I’m now in a financially difficult situation, forced to buy new clothes every day because nothing is getting cleaned properly. Dirty laundry is piling up and starting to smell.
The technicians Arçelik sent insist there’s nothing wrong with the machine, even though it clearly doesn’t work. I am filing a complaint against them as well. I demand that Arçelik replace this defective machine immediately and compensate me for the financial hardship I’ve endured for the past 2.5 months because of this ongoing issue.
