Arcelik Dishwasher Service Delay for Touch Screen Issue and Lack of Resolution
I own an Arçelik brand dishwasher, and the touch screen buttons of the dishwasher have stopped working. I called the service and requested an appointment. The service came three days later, examined the machine, and said that the button panel needed to be replaced. A part was ordered, but after 10 days, the Şanlıurfa Bahçelievler service informed me that the part was still not available, and they were waiting for it to arrive by December 9. They mentioned that if the part did not arrive by that date, it would exceed the legal timeframe, and the machine would need to be replaced. However, as of December 14, there has been no request or communication from the authorized service. The technicians even called on December 13, saying they would come to inspect the machine. I informed them that the machine had already been inspected, and a part had been ordered. The authorized service is not handling the situation properly, and I've been without a machine for almost a month. I hope Arçelik provides clarification on the matter.
