I bought an Arçelik 6355 model dishwasher back in December 2019, and unfortunately, both the inner basket and outer surface have rusted. After reaching out to customer service, they referred me to a service provider that demanded a fee of ₺400. I made the payment without receiving any receipt, directly to the personal account of the service technician, solely relying on a few photographs provided by them. When I reached out to customer service, I provided all the necessary information about my machine, including the model and invoice details. They made it clear that as long as there was no need for a part replacement, I wouldn't have to pay anything. If we can't rely on a brand like Arçelik, what other options do we have? I expect a prompt solution to my problem.
