Arcelik Washing Machine Warranty Dispute

I bought a washing machine from the Arçelik brand. In less than a year, we had to request service on 2 or 3 occasions. Right now, the machine is not rinsing properly; it stops with water still inside. After we requested service, they immediately attributed the issue to a stuck button and attributed it to user error, without even conducting an inspection. They insisted on receiving ₺750 from us. I asked for a replacement machine because the one we received was faulty. They claimed it could be fixed for a fee, but I absolutely refuse to accept it. If all else fails, I will submit a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
