I use the Arçelik model 810 KMG washer-dryer. Due to shrinking of my clothes, I contacted customer service. The service representative informed me as follows: "If the 'do not dry' symbol is present on the clothing, it should not be placed in the dryer, as it could lead to shrinkage." I wonder, in what time are we living? Most clothing items sold already have the 'do not dry' symbol. Why did we even purchase a dryer then? Even clothes without the 'do not dry' symbol shrink when I put them in the dryer. This happens with all my clothes, and the problem has not been resolved.

Why weren't we told at the time of purchase that not every piece of clothing can go in the dryer? If I had known, I wouldn't have bought it. I buy a dryer to use it fully. So why did I buy it in the first place? This issue only occurs with my Arçelik dryer. Two of my friends use Bosch dryers and dry all kinds of clothes without them shrinking or warping. I've seen it myself. Even though their clothes say 'do not dry,' they don't shrink. At this moment, I truly regret buying a product from Arçelik.

I demand a refund of the purchase price. I will assert all my rights, and if no refund is provided, I will turn to the consumer court.

Arçelik authorized service is a complete fiasco. What is the reason for your slow progress and causing us to suffer? Two weeks have passed. The authorized person who called from the Arçelik center said that the exchange approval would be completed in 3 days. It has been 2 weeks, and despite my constant calls, they still say it is in the approval process. When it comes to words, the Arçelik company always emphasizes the importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction. So where is it then? Is it that difficult to approve and make an exchange? Please resolve my issue as soon as possible, please...

I am using an Arçelik Clothes Dryer 810 kmg, and my clothes are shrinking and getting smaller. I have been struggling with this for 2 months now. Please either replace my product or refund it... It still hasn't been resolved. Is it so difficult to replace a product or provide a solution? I was called by the center regarding my complaints, and the answer given by the concerned person was that if there is a symbol indicating not to tumble dry, do not put your clothes in the dryer as they will shrink. I said, I am putting clothes that can be dried in a dryer into the machine, and they are still shrinking and getting smaller. The person calling from the center could not answer this and sent a service technician. The service technician said that information would come from the center. I am addressing friends who are considering buying an Arçelik dryer. You can also read my previous complaint. Nowadays, almost all clothes have a symbol warning not to tumble dry, and no detailed information is provided about this when selling the product. If this information had been provided from the beginning, I would not have bought this product. When these issues happened to me, I checked the dryers of two friends who use Bosch brand dryers. Despite the clothes having a "do not tumble dry" symbol, they put them in the dryer, and the clothes do not shrink. I saw this with my own eyes. Why do clothes not shrink in Bosch dryers but do in Arçelik dryers? I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible. Either replace my product or refund it. I was considering buying an Arçelik espresso coffee machine soon, but I will not buy your product... Focus on gaining customers, not losing them...

Arçelik Clothes Dryer 810 km Shrunk My Clothes. I requested an exchange, but it was not accepted. The message I received after sending the dryer to the service for inspection states the following: "It was observed that there was no need for a replacement after the checks were made." Did you take the product and check it? Was a test conducted? No. I have never seen such a disgraceful company. Dear friends, do not buy products from Arçelik. Bosch brand is successful in this matter. Read my complaints. I made a mistake, don't you make the same mistake... I have complained multiple times, all my clothes shrunk, but I did not get any results. I will apply to the Consumer Court as soon as possible.

I recreated my complaint again. When I was called by the center, they said, "Let's direct you to the authorized service of another region's Darıca." Afterwards, a friend working at the Darıca authorized service called me and said, "I spoke with my authorized service colleagues in your region, the correspondence is ongoing, don't call anywhere, the Çayırova region has reported the issue to the center, it's with them now." And the friend from the Darıca region said, "We won't come to inspect the product." Today, I called the center, and they said, "There is no such issue, you have no record, you may have been given incorrect information." In other words, Arçelik is a fiasco in every sense. Don't consider buying Arçelik, that's why I'm sharing what's happening here with you. Read my past complaints.

Arçelik means scandals. I was called by the service for the dryer; they said they would take the machine and conduct inspections based on my complaint. Yesterday, a friend from the authorized service in Çayırova came, but he didn't take the machine; he said he only came to provide information and that he wasn't told to take the dryer. What kind of miscommunication is this? The employees at the authorized service are unaware of each other. I was told the machine would be taken and inspected, an appointment was made, but the person who came said nothing about taking the machine and mentioned that he wouldn’t have come alone if that were the case. Additionally, there is one year left on my machine's warranty, but the service receipt sent to me states that it is out of warranty and includes a charge. If there was a charge, why didn't you request payment at that moment? You still haven't resolved my issue. Arçelik continues with scandals. Especially, do not buy a dryer from Arçelik.
