Arçelik Dryer Not Drying Clothes - Replacement Request Rejected

I use the Arçelik model 810 KMG washer-dryer. Due to shrinking of my clothes, I contacted customer service. The service representative informed me as follows: "If the 'do not dry' symbol is present on the clothing, it should not be placed in the dryer, as it could lead to shrinkage." I wonder, in what time are we living? Most clothing items sold already have the 'do not dry' symbol. Why did we even purchase a dryer then? Even clothes without the 'do not dry' symbol shrink when I put them in the dryer. This happens with all my clothes, and the problem has not been resolved.
Why weren't we told at the time of purchase that not every piece of clothing can go in the dryer? If I had known, I wouldn't have bought it. I buy a dryer to use it fully. So why did I buy it in the first place? This issue only occurs with my Arçelik dryer. Two of my friends use Bosch dryers and dry all kinds of clothes without them shrinking or warping. I've seen it myself. Even though their clothes say 'do not dry,' they don't shrink. At this moment, I truly regret buying a product from Arçelik.
