Arçelik 800 KM Dryer Not Drying - No Support

I own an Arçelik 800 KM 8 kg dryer, which I purchased in 2021. In 2025, after only about four years of use, the machine began to fail, and for the past month it has not been drying laundry properly. Despite running full programs, the clothes come out damp and I cannot use the dryer as intended. Due to this problem, I contacted Arçelik authorized service. After checking the machine, they stated that there was no fault on their side and described the situation simply as “bad chance,” without offering any clear solution or repair. I find this explanation unacceptable because a dryer becoming practically unusable in just four years is far too short a lifespan for such a product, and I do not think it is reasonable to dismiss this issue as “bad chance.” I request that Arçelik take responsibility for the problem and provide a product replacement so that I can use a properly functioning dryer. I kindly ask that my complaint be reviewed and that a clear and satisfactory solution be provided as soon as possible.
