Arçelik 9122PM Washing Machine Broke Down Twice Within One Year

I purchased the Arçelik 9122PM washing machine in December, and it broke down in March, requiring four parts to be replaced, with the repair taking 2–3 weeks. Now, within a year, the machine has broken down for the second time, and I am once again waiting for service. During this process, I will have to send my laundry to dry cleaning for about a month. Although the machine is under warranty, the fact that a newly purchased product has malfunctioned twice in such a short time and remained unusable for long periods has caused me significant inconvenience. For this reason, I am not requesting another repair but demand that the product be considered defective and replaced. I expect my issue to be resolved urgently.
