Arcelik  9141HJ Model Washing Machine is a Real Nuisance, Detergent Compartment Not Working

I bought a 9141HJ model Arcelik washing machine 6 days ago. The machine was delivered 5 days ago and was installed by the service. On my first attempt to wash my clothes, it drained all the water into the kitchen and living room. I researched on the internet to see what the reason could be. I saw a suggestion, "The clean water hose may be bent". I tried it and the problem was solved. (By the way, the service had installed the machine.) Just when I thought the problem was solved, this time the main washing compartment did not take detergent. I have done 5 washes so far, 3 times the main wash compartment did not take detergent. The Arcelik Service arrived today. The machine compartment took detergent when they tried. When I explained the situation to the service, the official said, "I need to see that your washing machine does not take detergent." They implied I was somewhat dishonest. I said, "Well, you decide, from now on, every time the machine compartment does not take detergent, I will pause the washing and create a service request at the expense of not being able to wash the laundry until you arrive." By the way, my request was not for a refund. I said I wanted to replace it with another model. However, my request was rejected. They said, there is not a problem with the machine. All my white goods and television at home are "Arcelik" at the moment. However, from now on I wouldn't buy even a kettle from Arcelik.
