Arçelik Service Damaging My Products and Refusing to Resolve the Issue

In mid-September, the Arçelik authorized service team came to my rental home to install the Arçelik built-in kitchen set for the first time. During the installation, visible damage occurred to my kitchen cabinet, hood, and stove. I have both photos and videos showing the condition before and after the installation. I reported this issue to Arçelik customer service multiple times. Each time, a new request was opened, but my complaint was redirected to the authorized service—the source of the problem—and all my requests were rejected. The authorized service denied responsibility and refused to acknowledge that they had damaged the product. I am requesting that the damage be repaired, the stove and hood be replaced, and the damage to my kitchen cabinets be compensated. I expect Arçelik to take responsibility for this issue and provide a lasting solution.
