Arçelik Water Purifier Subscription Renewal - Service Failed To Replace Parts

I would like to thank the friends in the water purification unit at Arçelik headquarters and the authorized service technical staff for their interest and attention. The replacement of the moldy faucet was carried out. However, the staff responsible for scheduling appointments at the Denizli authorized service made things quite difficult; it was very hard to get an appointment, but our problem was solved. Thank you, Arçelik.

The two-year subscription for our Arçelik water purifier has expired. We decided to renew the subscription and reapplied, but the service team did not replace the moldy faucet or the worn-out tank. For this reason, we will be canceling our Arçelik water purifier subscription. We contacted customer service, but they did not provide any solution.
