Arçelik Dryer Not Drying Clothes - Replacement Request Rejected

The dryer we purchased from an authorized Arçelik dealer has not been drying clothes properly since the day we bought it. Two minutes before the program ends, the timer jumps back to six minutes and never completes the cycle. Water accumulates on the door and at the bottom, and the clothes remain completely wet without drying. Because of this issue, the machine has been sent to the service center three times, and the technicians have visited our home seven times, yet the problem still hasn’t been resolved. Despite requesting a replacement, we were told that only repairs could be done. Every part has been replaced and every screw opened, but the issue persists. Our replacement request was rejected. I have never encountered a brand that fails to stand behind its product and causes such inconvenience to its customers. We will pursue our rights through legal means. We demand that our grievance be resolved immediately and that the product be replaced.

"Dear Arçelik, I would appreciate it if you stopped saying 'your request has been received and you will be contacted' on the phone and actually solved my problem as soon as possible. Even after writing on the complaint platform, when you call, all you say is 'your replacement request has been received.' I am tired of calling you every day for a week. Supposedly, Turkey's best home appliance company has not hesitated to victimize us, their customers, for a week just to avoid replacing a dryer. It seems our only option is to go to the consumer court or CİMER because all you are doing is stalling us."
