TikTok Support Refused to Help Me Recover My Church Account

When I attempted to recover the account, I was asked to provide details such as the exact month and year of account creation, the region where it was created, the first device I used to log in, and a screenshot of a login page from another platform. I provided all the requested information, including details and a screenshot related to our Facebook account “Adenta EP Church Youth Choir,” which existed before I opened this TikTok account. Despite submitting all the required information, TikTok support keeps directing me back to my email provider to reset the password, which is not possible because I no longer have access to the Gmail address linked to the account. I am the rightful owner of the TikTok account ******a.ep.church.y, and I kindly request that you manually verify my identity using the Facebook account “Adenta EP Church Youth Choir,” or any other alternative method you may require. I am willing to provide any additional information or documentation needed to confirm my ownership and update the contact email. I would greatly appreciate your support in verifying my identity, changing the email linked to the account, and helping me regain access as soon as possible.
