Dear Arçelik Customer Service, Since purchasing our washing machine, we have been faced with the same recurring issue every year, requiring the replacement of the same part. Despite repeated service requests and escalations to the relevant authorities within Arçelik, we have yet to receive a permanent solution. This ongoing cycle of unexpected breakdowns and service delays has become intolerable. We suspect that Arçelik is merely waiting for our warranty period to expire, intending to abandon us with this unresolved chronic problem. We are deeply disappointed with the product we purchased in good faith, relying on Arçelik's reputation. We have been waiting for a response for days, and now demand that the defective machine be replaced with a functional one. This is the least we expect from a reputable company like Arçelik. If our demand is not met promptly, we are prepared to pursue all available avenues to seek justice, including social media campaigns and legal action. We are working individuals with limited time, and the constant accumulation of unwashed laundry is becoming an unbearable burden. Our patience has worn thin. Our customer number is 8050 YKI. We urge you to address this matter with the utmost urgency and provide us with a satisfactory resolution.

Today, the service came again to replace the same card, but the card turned out to be defective. It's like they're mocking us with their work. I absolutely don't want a part replacement anymore; we want the machine to be replaced. This much inconvenience is unacceptable!

This week we are entering the 3rd week, the spare part arrived for the 2nd time and it was also defective. Arçelik continues to be a company that does not stand behind its product, even though we don't want to believe it, this is the situation. Our brand-new machine and nothing is being done, we are victims. I will never buy any of their products again, we can't wash our clothes, we will probably throw this product away since they are not doing anything despite it being their fault and under warranty, etc.
