I’m tired of complaining about my Arçelik washing machine. They used to call, but now they don’t even bother. A company like this shouldn’t exist! My washing machine is still under warranty, yet it has been tearing my clothes since the day it arrived, and no solution has been provided. If this issue is not resolved, I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights and report it to Presidential Communication Center. Either replace my machine or refund my money! This level of indifference and lack of customer service is unacceptable. All my clothes are ruined, and I have been left to deal with the consequences. Shame on you!
