Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased an Arçelik washing machine in August 2023, and within less than a year, it began leaking water and tearing my clothes. When I reported this issue to Arçelik's authorized service, I requested a product replacement. However, despite 1.5 months passing, no solution has been provided, and I have received no support. Article 11 of the Consumer Protection Law explicitly regulates the consumer's rights of choice in cases of defective goods. These rights include the options to terminate the contract with a refund, replacement with a non-defective product, a discount proportional to the defect, or free repair. Despite my request for a replacement within this legal framework, Arçelik has ignored my request, failed to create a record, and pressured me to accept repair offers. Additionally, throughout the process, I have not had the opportunity to speak with a knowledgeable and responsible representative. During my calls with the call center, Ms. E***, Ms. S***, Ms. S***, and many other employees I have spoken with over the course of 1.5 months did not record my requests and did not connect me with a more senior official. With this letter, I once again reiterate my request for the replacement of my washing machine due to its defective nature.
