Unfortunately, my Arçelik 9100M washing machine stopped working only a month after I bought it. Despite numerous replacements, the problem continues to persist. When I asked for a replacement, I was informed that it's working perfectly. They simply depart, yet no resolution is found. Every single part is malfunctioning, and the service team appears to be completely incapable of providing assistance. We have two children, and this situation has been quite embarrassing. We have attempted to contact multiple authorities, but unfortunately, our efforts have been unsuccessful. I implore all parties involved to listen and take prompt action. I'm sorry, but the machine is currently not functioning and I am in immediate need of a replacement.
