Arcelik White Goods Setup Delayed for Weeks, No Explanation Given
I made a registration for product assembly via Arcelik call center 1 week in advance, on 20.08.2023. At 10.15 in the morning, 1 person will come to my house and make a discovery. I can't install today. He asked what day we should come. Confused, I said that I had an appointment today for the installation and that the procedures had to be done. Arçelik call center makes an appointment, but he said we don't do the installation on Sunday??!! If the installation will not be done, why am I learning to inform at home? Later, I called the call center again and told the same issue again, they said they would take great care of it, so I started to wait. The service contacted me again and asked what day to come, the installation is not done today. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I came to Tuzla early because I have a morning appointment. Anyway.. I called again to explain the situation, does not the person I called say that your information is not visible? I received a message on my phone, because it was canceled as per your request, I did not request anything, I definitely do not have my consent. I explained the situation from the beginning again and they said they would take care of it again, but no one called or asked, I waited at home for hours, my whole Sunday was wasted. After all, we make programming and spend time, everyone's time is valuable, just as I was waiting at the address you gave me at the time you gave me, you could at least provide an explanatory return to the situation. The call center directs it to the service, the authorized service call center says that the market does not know that the installation is done, they drop it into the system. I cannot be responsible for the communication gap between you, as I am telling what happened to me as a customer under your responsibility, neither a grievance was resolved, nor an apology nor a call was made. We can't have such a customer experience, and I don't think it should either.. I'm still waiting for concrete feedback from you...
