On July 16, 2023, I purchased an air conditioner from Arçelik, and they assured me that they would call to schedule an appointment. I waited three days and received no response. I finally called customer service, and they scheduled the service at random for July 31, 2023, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. I took the day off from work today to be at home for the installation, but no one showed up or even bothered to call. Now I'm left to wonder what will happen to my situation. I will never again shop at Arçelik. If I'm not the one in pain, who is? A simple two-line apology will not suffice. I'm a working person, and I can't stay at home all day. Take a look at the dates, Arçelik, and apologize accordingly.
